2 day excursion Canoa Quebrada

This 2-day excursion to the exceptional Canoa Quebrada is highly recommended. Canoa Quebrada is the former fisher village where in the sixties the hippies settled to realize their dreams and ideals. You leave early in the morning for this hippie “feel good” village. On the way you stop at Morro Branco and Praia das Fontes to go for a walk through the national park of Berberibe. Here you will also see some beautiful canyons. Halfway through the afternoon you arrive in Canoa Quebrada where at the end of the afternoon you will take a lovely walk to the old fire tower and view the protected fishing area of this village.  In the evenings Canoa offers plenty of possibilities to go out for a nice dinner. Canoa is swinging. People often spontaneously and passionately dance a samba or forro in the streets. The second day is completely up to you! Relax in Canoa Quebrada or set out with your tour guide for a buggy tour, a boat trip or simply some enjoyable horseback riding. It is all possible in these beautiful and enchanting surroundings.
