Maritima Flat was build in 2002 and is located along the Ponta Negra beach, one of the most famous in Natal in the north-eastn of Brazil. The Hotel has 29 fully-equipped rooms providing every comfort. The owners are Scandinavian and that's why almost everyone in the complex can speak English and are used to the European-style of their guests.
