About the house:

The house sleeps 8 people, in a four bedroom configuration, where two bedrooms have King Size beds and are en suite, and two bedrooms have two single beds each. The house has three bathrooms and an outdoor shower. A large outdoor area with a private pool, lounge area under roof and a big grill, connects to the dining room which has double roof height, table for 8 and a hand made chandeleir looking down at the table. The dining room connects to a living room and and an upper terrace, making this whole area the heart of the house, with some 110 square meters to sun bathe, swim, grill, chill, eat or just hanging out with family and friends.

The house also has delicately designed garden, with a relax area nestled between flowers and trees. Indoor garage, modern European washing machine and wireless internet is also included.

All linen is included, as well as caretaking, including cleaning twice a week, pool maintenance and gardening.

General information:

The house is located two kilometres from the main square. We walk in 15-20 minutes, but Pipa begins before that, which means that we reach Pipa's limits in 10 minutes. There you have the small buses that go to all the beaches in the area. Praia do Amor is 15 minutes walk away. We usually walk into Pipa when going out in the evening, and we return by taxi. It is of course possible to call for a cab for going to Pipa as well.

The most nearby beach is Praia das Minas, but you will have to walk on a path through the mata (beautiful walk), which turns the 500 metres to a 15 minute walk. On the beach you will find the famous Yahoo. It is a perfect place for food, drinks and relaxing.

The area is very residential and calm. The area is also very safe, as is Pipa and the Rio Grande do Norte in general. The house has an alarm system and our caretaker lives just 50 metres away.
